Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients age between 18 to 65 years. 2. patients belonging to ASA physical status- I,II,III 3. patient undergoing lower limb orthopedic surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who was known allergic to tab. Pregabalin. 2. Pregnant patients, drug abuse patients. 3. Patient having BMI >30 4. Patient having h/o chronic pain and on regular analgesic drugs.
