Inclusion criteria: 1. age of mother: 18 years and above 2.Full term babies (36-40 weeks of gestation) 3.Mothers willing to participate 4.Mothers with primigravida 5.Cognitively sound subject to comprehend to instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with congenital anomalies 2.Children with episode of seizures 3.Febrile condition of the child o the day of GMA evaluation 4.Mothers with history of recurrent abortions
