Intervention1: Aductor canal Block: Ultrasound Guided peripheral nerve detected in adductor canal and two different concentration of Inj Ropivacaine is given 15ml.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with written and informed consent 2)ASA grade 1-3 3)BMI 18-30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to participate in study and uncooperative patients. 2.Coagulopathies, any neuropathy. 3.Allergy to local anesthetic (Ropivacaine) 4.Local pathology at the injection site 5.Any disability limiting the performance of block 6.Any block other than ACB used for post operative analgesia.
