Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The nursing officer who is working at AIIMS Gorakhpur in the Obstetrics and Gynecology OPD, antenatal ward postnatal ward emergency OT preoperative ward, post-operative ward and labor room.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The nursing officer who is not willing to participate continuously for 4 days of simulation training program. The nursing officer who had prior experience of simulation-based training on PPH will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
There will be an improvement in level of knowledge, skill, and self-confidence after the simulation-based training program among nursing officers. Timepoint: 4th week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There will be a significant difference between knowledge, skill, & self-confidence with the selected demographic variables.Timepoint: at baseline & 4th week
