Intervention1: Game based training in predefined pathways: The games will be predefined that will create upper limb movement in particular sequence. For an example game have 5 points will be performed

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. One sided stroke 2. Hemodynamically stable 3. NIHSS score > 6 4. Brunnstrom VCG in the affected UL: 1 through 5 5. MAS score in affected UL: = 3 6. MoCA score: = 26 7. Able to sit either with or without assistance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post stroke duration more than 6 months 2. Aphasia (global or receptive) 3. Serious medical condition or co-morbidities 4. Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) 5. Functional hearing loss or visual impairment restricting computer usage 6. Vestibular dysfunction
