Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Body mass index greater than or equal to 25 kg/m2 -Subjects between the age group of 18-60 years irrespective of gender. -Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Subjects under steroid medication -Pregnant and post-partum women.

MeasureTime frame
80 individuals having BMI above 25kg/m2 fulfilling the inclusion criteria will be included for study and will be assessed for Medosara Lakshana by validated questionnaire and assessment tool and also for Sthoulya Lakshanas. Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed at the baseline with the questionnaire specially prepared for the meda sara—
