Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in impending death phase 2.Patient with established futility of treatment 3. Patients who are declared Best Supportive Care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having sudden death 2.Patients receiving active treatment , dying of complication of cancer treatment 3.Patient’s family not consenting for study 4.patients age
