Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with clinical features of Vataja Grahani Roga, IBS and fulfill the diagnostic criteria. 2. Patients between the age group of 20-70 years irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and socio-economic status. 3. Controlled non-communicable diseases and Controlled metabolic disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled metabolic disorders and other systemic disorders 2. Patients presenting and previously diagnosed with Inflammatory bowel diseases, diverticulitis, Hemorrhoids, and peptic ulcer 3. Patients suffering from major diseases like CAD, Malignancy, Tuberculosis, STD, HIV 4. Patients who require surgical intervention for any such condition 5. Pregnancy and lactating mother
