Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:18- 50years 2. Either gender 3. All subjects who are willing to sign the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case and any past history of pulmonary disorders 2. Cardiovascular disorders. 3. Pregnant and post-partum women. 4. Subjects under steroid, bronchodilators and other medication which alters the pulmonary functions

The sample size was calculated using the openepi calculator and it shows sample size of 80Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed by the spirometry parameters changes in sthoulya individuals
