Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for TBI survivors: 1.Age – male and female patients with age >18 years 2.Diagnosis-verified TBI through CT /MRI showing intracranial abnormalities 3.Participants falling under GCS Score moderate(9-12)-severe (3-8)type at admission 4.Participants living in community 6 months post-discharge 5.Participants living with family caregiver Selection criteria: For primary care givers 1.Caregiver being with the patient >6 hours 2.Caregiver with the age >18 years, male or female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria: For TBI survivors 1.Patients with severe per-existing neurological disorder 2.Participants with insufficient fluency 3.Participants not understanding English or Kannada 4.Participants who has severe speech and cognitive deficit (MOCA-to screen) For caregiver 1.Caregiver who doesn’t understand English or Kannada 2.Caregiver having any cognitive deficits, neurological conditions
