Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Weak and debilitating individuals 2) Systemic illness 3) Subjects with open wounds 4) Had caffeine 24 hrs before 5) BMI greater than 29.9 kg/m2
