Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Older adults with 60-80years • Both male and female • Visual and Auditory impairments corrected by aids • Mini-Cog scores >3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of more than 2 falls in last 12months • Neurological conditions which affect gait • Major orthopedic disorders that could effect walking • People who cannot read • People with visual and auditory impairments without aids
