Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent Living Donor Liver Transplantation 2. Age >18 years 3. Both the Gender 4. No history of other medication that interacts with Carvedilol 5. No history of Chest pain, Hypo tension and Hypoglycemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deceased Donor Liver Transplantation 2. Combined Liver and Kidney Transplantation 3. ABO Incompatibility 4. Inotropic support 5. History of Allergy to the drug Carvedilol 6. History of Pheochromocytoma 7. History of Asthma 8. History of Second- or third-Degree Heart block 9. Bradycardia 10. Persistent Hypo tension Post Transplant

?To assess the outcome of the allograft after one month of administration of carvedilol.Timepoint: Clinical and Laboratory assessment will be done - Month 1, Month 3, Month 6, and Month 12.—
