Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing major surgeries under general anesthesia. ASA I and ASA II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have a history of asthma, chronic pulmonary disease, vocal chord palsy, recent voice change, tracheostomy, tracheal stenosis, tracheomalacia or other airway condition with altered laryngotracheal anatomy.
