Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria with or without swelling. 2.Patients affected with one or both knee joint will be included. 3.Patients between 20 (30) to 70 years irrespective of gender will be considered. 4.Patients who are fit for Upanaha Sweda.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having symptoms of Amavata and Vata rakta. 2.Patients having history of Amavata. 3.Patients having symptoms or being diagnosed as any arthritis other than OA. 4.Patients with Acute traumatic injury to the knees. 5.Patients with any kind of metal implants. 6.Congenital bony deformity of knee joint.
