Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals between the ages of 15- 24 years of age, attending the dermatology out-patient department (Youth as per WHO) 2. Individuals with a diagnosis of acne vulgaris 3. Any grade of acne
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a previously diagnosed psychiatric disorder 2. Individuals who are pregnant 3. Individuals not giving consent 4. Individuals with drug induced acne

| Measure | Time frame |

| Improvement in severity of acne vulgaris will be assessed using the Investigators Global Assessment (IGA) of Acne Severity. Improvement for all patients will be classified as Good in case of complete clearance or almost clear Moderate if improvement in grades by 2 Poor if improvement in grades by 1 Nil same grade of acne The outcome will be assessed after 8 weeks.
