Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1&2 class of either sex between 18-75 yrs of age undergoing for elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ASA Grade 3& 4, emergency surgery,patients with uper GI surgery or gastric intestinal disorders,pregnant patients.

To study the ultrasonographic assessment of gastric cross- sectional area in supine and right lateral decubitus position.Timepoint: One and half year
