Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with ODS as per ICD-10 concurred by two psychiatrists working in the department of addiction medicine. 2. Treatment naive or off Opioid agonist treatment (OAT) for =1 month 3. Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe mental illness affecting the interview. 2. Comorbid medical illnesses which can contribute to SD like Diagnosed HTN, Diagnosed DM, CVDs (Angina, MI), Neurological Disorders (Stroke, Spinal cord lesions, Peripheral Neuropathy) and renal failure. 3. History of any trauma or surgery in the Pelvic area.
