Intervention1: Pericapsular nerve group block and Interscalene block: To compare the Pericapsular Nerve group block and interscalene block in proximal shoulder fracture surgery.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Proximal shoulder fracture posted for surgery confirmed either by radiologist or computed tomography by radiologist. 2. ASA I,II and III series of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the study. 2.Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetics. 3. Patients with history of coagulopathy or on anticoagulant and anti platelet drugs. 4. Patients with infection at at site of block. 5. Poly trauma patients. Patients who cannot assess pain reliably(dementia) post-operatively.
