Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Raktapradar(Menorrhagia) with vaginal bleeding of more than 7 daya or more than 80ml or both. 2. Patients with Dourbalya Bhrama Pandutadi. 3. Patients with Haemoglobin above 8gm%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Haemoglobin below 8gm%. 2. Suspected cases of pegnancy and abortion. 3. Patients with diseases like Hypertension. Diabetes. Thyroid disease etc. 4. Patient with Polypfibroid adenomyosis PID 5. Patient with STD or IUCD or Malignancy

To assess the effect of Dhatryanjanabhaya churna in patients of Raktapradar(Menorrhagia)in controlling the vaginal bleeding.Timepoint: After administering the drug, each month, for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effect of Dhatryanjanabhaya churna on Dourbalya Bhrama Panduta etc.Timepoint: Post intervention of the drug, every month,for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.
