Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of Age-18 years and above. 2)Patients of all Sexes. 3)Patients with Ocular Surface Disease Index score more than twelve and Schirmer 1 test wetting less than fifteen mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Trauma or surgery of eye within the prior 3 months 2)Patients with associated Ocular Disorder like Keratitis, Glaucoma etc 3)Pregnant women and Lactating women. 4)Patients with any Autoimmune disorder.

Outcome will be assessed in terms 1.Improved 2.Not ImprovedTimepoint: Outcome will be assessed in terms of: 1.baseline 2.4 weeks 3.8 weeks 4.6 months

Secondary

1) To measure before & after Ocular Surface Disease Index & Schirmer’s 1 test wetting to see the effect of Homoeopathic treatment within the duration of 6 months 2) To identify clinically useful homoeopathic remedies in Dry Eye Disease Timepoint: 6 months
