Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who have undergoing head and neck RT, IMRT/3DCRTbut not chemotherapy. 2 Age group – 25-65 years (Most prevalent age for Oral cancer) 3 Sex- Both male and female 4 Patients willing to participate. 5 Patients with ECOG (Eastern cooperative oncology group) performance score of 0 and 1 6 Patients receiving 60-66Gy of irradiation. 7 Patients having oral cancer in posterior part of oral cavity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with pacemakers, defibrillator, hearing aid and cochlear implants 2 Pregnancy. 3 Patients with skin lesions or abrasions on the face 4 Patients who were already on medications that are known to cause xerostomia 5 Patients who underwent any head and neck surgery involving salivary glands. 6 Patient who has diagnosed with any salivary gland disorder.
