Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Supratentorial stroke survivors, Duration of stroke > 3 months, Both sexes, CVA < 49°, Age between 30 to 70 years, MMSE score = 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery of the cervical spine, Any other cardiopulmonary comorbidities, Subluxed shoulder, Other neurological issues than stroke, Smokers, Any abnormal curvature of the spine (Kyphoscoliosis), Pusher syndrome, Hypermobility of the cervical spine, Limited TMJ movements Systemic disease of the spine
