Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All confirmed cases of mCRC attending the medical oncology, Surgical Oncology, Gastrosurgery and Gastroenterology OPD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. Consent refusal for NGS and RT-PCR. 3. Patient who had insufficient tissue sample in block for NGS/RT-PCR analysis

To evaluate the frequency of KRAS, NRAS, BRAF,HER2,PIK3CA,TP53 & NTRK mutations in cases of mCRC by NGS.Timepoint: Baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the sensitivity, specificity and concordance rates of KRAS,NRAS and BRAF mutation analysis detected by NGS with PCR in colorectal tissue samples.Timepoint: Baseline;To evaluate the Response Rate and Progression free survival (PFS 1) with respect to mutations in cases of metastatic colorectal cancer.Timepoint: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months
