Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy individuals. 2. Patients with isolated labial Miller’s class I gingival recession with inadequate width of attached gingiva in lower anterior teeth which requires soft tissue grafting from Palate. 3. Patients with minimum palatal mucosal thickness of 5 mm. 4. Patients with established willingness and ability to perform adequate oral hygiene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with palatal mucosal thickness less than 3mm. 2. Tobacco chewers and smokers. 3. Patients with metabolic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, cancer and HIV, Bleeding disorders and hepatic disorders. 4. Patients undergoing radiation therapy and chemotherapy which could compromise wound healing. 5. Patients under medications like Corticosteroids, Immunosuppressive agents that affect wound healing process. 6. Pregnancy and lactating mothers. 7. Patients with any known allergies.
