Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are fit for Nasya Those who are fit for Choorna Pinda Sweda Patient will be selected irrespective of gender, occupation and habitat. Age group 20 – 60 years Patient presenting classical sign and symptoms of Manyasthambha w.s.r. to Cervical Spondylosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not fit for Nasya karma. Those who are not fit for Choorna Pinda Sweda Chronicity more than 2 years Cervical Myelopathy, Cervical Cord Compression Patients with Spinal trauma/ Cervical Surgery/ Fracture Mechanical lesions – Disc prolapse, Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal hyperostosis Inflammatory Diseases - Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica Metabolic Diseases – Diabetes Mellitus, Gout, Pseudo gout, Paget’s Disease
