Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with Down Syndrome. 2.Age between 11 to 17 years. 3.Ability to stand and walk independently. 4.Medically clear to practice physical exercises. 5.Written informed consent from parents/guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to understand simple instructions. 2.Serious physical disabilities (heart diseases, epilepsy and injury). 3.Psychologically unstable patients. 4.Vision and Hearing Impairment
