Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mild and moderate anemic having Hb concentration of=8g/dl to=12g/dl (WHO micronutrient indicators) 2. Those having BMI -2SD 3. Regularly(last one month) attending school and taking mid day meal(MDM) from the school 4. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from any acute or chronic disease 2. Already on supplementation
