Intervention1: PENG block: 0.25% bupivacaine 10ml bolus followed by 5ml/hr through catheter. Control Intervention1: No intervention: Routine analgesic management

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA1 and ASA2 2.Age group 5- 12 yr 3either sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Skin infection at the site of injection 3.Systemic bacteremia/sepsis 4.Pt on anticoagulant and anti thrombotic medication
