Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Vishwachi ruka, toda, stambha ,sanchari vedana, karmakshaykar will be taken for the study. 2) Patients of either sex aged between 25 – 75 years. 3) Patient from all social –economic group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating mother. 2) Patient with pathologies like cardiac disease, vertebral facture, nerve compression, prosthesis, canal stenosis. 3) Patient with dislocation of shoulder joint. 4) Patient with uncontrolled diabetes with complications like neuropathy 5) Patient with traumatic, infective, neoplastic condition of cervical spine. 6) Patient suffering from post-surgical condition of cervical spine.

MeasureTime frame
1.To evaluate the efficacy of Parijatak Guggulu 500 mg 1 tab 2 times a day after meals with lukewarm water in Vishwachi for 21days. 2.To give maximum symptomatic relief from symptoms like toda,ruka,stambha,sanchari vedana and karmkshaykar within 21 days.Timepoint: 21 days study with 3 follow ups on 7 th,14 th and 21 day.
