Intervention1: Collagen sponge: Collagen sponge will be used for pulp regeneration for 3 months Control Intervention1: Biodentine: Biodentine will be used for pulp regeneration for 3 months

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients to be enrolled in this study will be healthy adults (18 years and older) who need their contralateral premolars extracted for orthodontic reasons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with caries, trauma, periapical lesions or periodontal involvement and systemically ill individuals will not be asked to participate.
