Intervention1: Topical Tranexamic acid with Oral Tranexamic acid vs Topical Kojic acid and oral Tranexamic acid: Patients in group A will be given topical tranexamic acid -3% and oral tranexamic acid

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, presenting to dermatology outpatient department. 2. Patients of both genders and age group 18-50 years old. 3. Patients willing with informed consent to participate in the study. 4. Patients with normal coagulation profile (bleeding time and clotting time).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having uncontrolled medical or surgical illness and other major systemic diseases. 2. Patients who are not willing for the study or follow-up. 3. Patients who had preexisting bleeding, coagulation, thromboembolic, or psychological disorders. 4. Patients not willing for the study or for follow-up. 5. Patients with pregnancy or on lactation or oral contraceptives
