Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NDI score 5 to 34 neck pain for more than 3 months less than 2 years tailors with history of working daily 4 hours and 6 months with work history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with severe neck pain (nasya anarha)contraindication subjects with a history of recent surgery or recommended surgical intervention, traveling or accident. known case of cervical spondylitis,nasal polyp,sinusitis, structural deformilty,known r later known neck pain assosiated with systemic illness

MeasureTime frame
Pratimarsha nasya will help to reduce the score of the functional intensity of the neck disability index scale against an initial score of the patientsTimepoint: at the first follow up on day 11th day and at the end of trial on day 22nd.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pratimarsha Nasya Subjective Assessment scale score will be increased at the end of trial 22nd dayTimepoint: 22nd day
