Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having moderately difficult or difficult impacted mandibular 3rd molar, as per Pederson’s index. Patients ready to participate in the study with informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients with any major underlying systemic condition. Patients on diuretics. Pregnant/lactating females. In group A(Asymptomatic) patients having any pulpitis/periodontitis/acute infection with any tooth. Patients taking any long-term medications/supplements which might affect the study parameters. Patients giving history of / or showing allergy to any of the drugs prescribed in the study. Patients with history of alcoholism.
