Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The Patients between the age group of 20 to 60 years in both sex presenting with clinical features of Amavata. 2.Pre-diagnosed or patient having symptoms of Amavata as mentioned in classical ayurvedic texts. I.Sandhishoola II.Sandhishotha III.Sandhijadyta 4.Patients willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age below 20 years and above 60 years of both sexes. 2.Patients having Neoplasm of spine, Gout, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Traumatic arthritis and Pyogenic Osteomyelitis, etc. 3.Patients having any severe disease like Cardiac disease, Renal function impairment, Malignant hypertension etc. 4.Patients with extremely reduced joint space and having bone deformity. 5.Pregnant women and lactating mother.
