Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia. 2.ASA grade I, II & III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 2.Patient with a history of allergy to the drugs used in the study. 3.Patients with infection at the site of femoral nerve block. 4.Patients with pre-existing peripheral neuropathy. 5.Patients with impaired renal and liver function, coagulopathy. 6.Patients with documented history of opioid sensitivity and/or allergy to NSAIDs.
