Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All stable heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) who are currently not admitted and who are under treatment of HFpEF for atleast 3 months .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a 1. Acute decompensated heart failure patients 2. Myocardial infarction <4 weeks 3. Refusal of consent 4. Pregnant females 5. Patients with primary arrhythmic disorder 6. Patients on drugs which can provoke arrhythmias 7. Congenital heart diseases
