Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clinical presentation of ksheena shukra (Oligospermia) 2.Sperm count 3.Patient willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Azoospermia , Aspermia. 2.K/C/O Primary testicular failure 3.K/C/O Male Congenital abnormalities 4.K/C/O Genetic defect like Klinfelter syndrome and Reifenstein syndrome 5.Patients with disease like varicocele in scrotum ,Benign prostatic hyperplasia. 6.Accessory sex gland infection, Sexually Transmitted Diseases. 7.systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Liver disease, Renal disease, Pyrexia.
