Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known cases of T2DM, of both genders, age 30-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: T1DM, GDM, T2DM with Co-morbidities like CVD, Liver disorders, Renal disorders, COPD, Cancer and other chronic illness, H/o recent hospitalization or events leading to weight loss and unwilling participants.
