Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery for Hepatic,pancreatic,Gall bladder and Biliary system,Stomach and esophageal cancer in kasturba medical college and hospital are selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with age less than 18 years, Patients not willing to participate in the study,Patients those have not undergone CECT abdomen as part of their work up,Patients diagnosed with Psoas Abscess,Patients with Psoas syndrome,Patients with h/o undergoing Total hip replacement surgery,Patients with h/o trauma which required to do surgery on psoas muscle

Overall morbidity as defined by Clavien Dindo morbitiy classification score which includes surgical and non surgical complications as follows Postoperative pancreatectomy hemorrhage and pancreatic fistula Biliary leak, liver failure,Delayed gastric emptying Post operative Anastomotic leak Surgical site infections,pneumonia,urinary tract infections,ICU stay,need for reoperation etcTimepoint: Day 0,Day 5,Day 30
