Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who had sustained stroke for more than 6 months. Stroke survivors aged between 45 to75 years. Both males and females. Stroke survivor with intact cognitive ability as exhibited by their ability to comprehend and are able to follow the instructions. Individuals showing at least 10 degrees of active wrist extension and 10 degrees of extension at metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joint range of motion. stage 2 or 3 spasticity in wrist flexor musculature according to MAS and with hemiplegia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with stroke having musculoskeletal problem in upper limb such as dislocation, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, contractures. Taking any other intervention related to hand functions such as stimulation. Consuming any prescribed anti-spastic medication that may affect hand functions. Excessive spasticity of upper limb.
