Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female healthy adults based on eligibility criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any known history of any systemic pathology or known medical history. Participants who are taking any nutritional supplements. Participants who are taking any medications. Known cases of psychiatric illness. ?Anemia and hypotensive females. ?Known case of any known nutritional deficiency.
