Intervention1: structured protocol: warm up and cool down exercises : walking, jogging, stretching, relaxtation, breathing exercises - exercise for ankle strengthening : 1.sitting ROM 5 for each foot

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -children diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and having sarcopenia using peds SARC-F scale with a score of less than 4 or equal to 4 - children who are able to follow commands -children with ALL in maintainence phase

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children diagnosed with metabolic disorders, neuromuscular disorders. children with any musculoskeletal condition children with cognitive impairment
