Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgeries which require nasotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having fracture of Cribriform bone Patients having CSF rhinorrhea Patients having a bleeding disorder History of nasal trauma with active / acute bleeding ENT pathology like polyp, adenoid Patient refusal
