Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female patients of T2DM over 18 years of age. 2. Patients visiting the outpatient clinic and prescribed Sitagliptin or Sitagliptin based therapy. as per the clinician’s discretion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus patients 2. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding 3. Hypersensitivity to Sitagliptin or SGLT2 inhibitors or Metformin 4. Patients with known severe liver or severe kidney dysfunction at the time of initiation of treatment with Sitagliptin and/or Dapagliflozin therapy.
