Intervention1: Beetroot,Pomegranate and jaggery smoothie: . 10gm of jaggery in 200ml of smoothie (beetroot-100ml and pomegranate100 ml) will be distributed to the group 1 subjects in the mid day i.e.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with age between 15-30 years 2. Individuals having mild and moderate anaemia. 3. Patients who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Subjects with heavy and clotted menstrual cycle. • Subjects with haemoglobin less than 8.0gm/dl. • Subjects with cardiac and pulmonary diseases, renal disorders,hemoglobinopathies, menstrual disorders, diabetes, haemolytic anaemia.
