Exclusion criteria: Known Case Of Hypertension , Diabeties Thrombosed Piles Major cardiac illness Associated with other anorectal conditions like Fistula in ano Prolapsed of the rectum Perineal Abscess Malignancy Ulcerative colitis Rectal polyp
