Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are given consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Systemic illness 2)Substance abuse. 3)Active nicotine abuse. 4)Female subjects during menstruation

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Heart rate variability. Timepoint: Group 1: Intervention group -Subjects will receive Hot arm & foot bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Group 2: control group- subjects will receive cold arm and foot bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Subjects assessed for the blood pressure measurement.Subjects assessed for the Heart rate Variability (HRV).The assessments are carried out 5 min before the intervention and immediately within 5 min after the intervention.
