Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical Bharatanatyam dancers with training experience of more than 2 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bharatanatyam dancer with any recent musculoskeletal injury within 6 months. 2. Bharatnatyam dancers with open wounds, undergone foot surgery, and with neurological disorders

Foot Posture Index – 6 scale Navicular Drop Test Timepoint: assessed prior the 1st session and post 12th session within the span of 4 weeks 12 session will be held
