Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ward boys and house-keeping staff of both genders, aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of fracture ( 2. Any recent musculoskeletal surgery.

MeasureTime frame
1.Hindi Version of Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire 2. Flexibility- V Sit and Reach test 3. Flexibility- Back Scratch Test 4. Strength- Squat Test 5. Strength- Modified Push-up Test Timepoint: pre-assessment will be taken, participants has to perform the protocol for 4 weeks(3 sessions per week), followed by post assessment of all the outcome measures at the end of the 4th week.
